    Ingredients:

          Fish fillet pieces   ---------------------------------------------------           500g
          Potatoes  ( Boiled & mashed )  --------------------------------           2
          Black pepper ( crushed )   ---------------------------------------           1/2 tbsp
         Garlic Chopped      -------------------------------------------------           1 clove
         Green chillies (chopped )  ----------------------------------------           4
         Fresh coriander ( chopped )  -----------------------------------            2 tbsp
         Onion  finely cut   ----------------------------------------------------           1
          Egg ( beaten )    ----------------------------------------------------           1
          Breadcrumbs     ----------------------------------------------------            1 cup
          Salt     -----------------------------------------------------------------             1/2 tbsp
          Oil       -----------------------------------------------------------------              for frying
          Tartar sauce   -------------------------------------------------------


     Method:
         
                Boil and mash fish pieces.  add mashed potatoes, garlic, pepper, chillies, onions
                and salt and shape into nuggets. Coat with eggs then breadcrumbs.
                Heat oil in a wok, Fry nuggets and remove on absorbent papper.
                Serve with Tartar sauce.
