Ingredients:

      Blueberries   -------------------------------------------   1 cup
       Gelatin        --------------------------------------------  2 tbsp
       Fresh Cream (whipped)  ..................................... 400g
       Blueberry  jelly crystals   ...................................  200g
       Blueberry essence   ------------------------------------- 1/2 tbsp
       Egg whites   ---------------------------------------------  2

Method:  

    Soak gelatin in half cup water, keep aside for 10 minutes.
     cook gelatin in saucepan for 2 minutes.
     Beat egg whites with an electric better till stiff.
     Add Blueberries essence, Blueberries, jelly, cream and gelatin and whip
     Fill into piping bag and squeeze into glasses.
     Refrigerate at least 2 hours and serve.
